Renew, refresh, and revive your spirit!
Arrive at our resort-style home after 4pm. Settle in & meet your new reTREAT friends. Join our welcome party from 6:30-8:30pm (welcome dinner at 7pm & welcome meeting at 8pm). Then grab your swim suits for the "after party" if you're a night owl, and relax in the hot tub under the stars! But don't stay up too late, because Day 2 is right around the corner!
We've got an early wake up call as we embark on an adventure of a lifetime. We will be taking a guided paddle (SUP or kayak) through the iconic red walled canyons of Antelope Canyon! We'll paddle into the canyon, then hop out and hike about 1 mile into the impressive slot canyons and have a snack before returning. Spend the afternoon relaxing at the house, reading, swimming, hot tubbing, hiking, or napping. Meet up again in the evening for a pre-dinner stretch and group BBQ.
We will embark on a private sunrise yoga/meditation session at the iconic Horseshoe Bend. This is not the public site for visitors, but a private, sacred location on Navajo land. Enjoy breakfast as you watch the sun rise up over Horseshoe Bend. Return to the house for another restful afternoon. Read a book, swim, and then join our group hike right from the front door. Relax in the hot tub, and enjoy our fire pit during the evening. S'more's anyone?!
Enjoy a peaceful morning as we gather for one last group farewell activity. Enjoy breakfast together and finish packing up before we depart the house at 10am. Travel back to your destinations, or book an optional slot canyon tour after checkout (must be booked ahead of time and is a separate fee, but Abby will organize for those interested).

"Abby's Well Weekends are a breath of fresh air, much needed "me" time and a wonderful time to connect with new friends. I can't express how much these well weekends feed my mind, body and soul."
"I came to the 2018 Well Weekend (Napa Valley) not quite sure what to expect. What I found was a group of welcoming, kind women from all over the country looking to make themselves a priority and to build relationships with each other. The food was great, the location was great and the company was the best part!"
"Yosemite was amazing! Breathtaking views as we hiked the beautiful waterfalls, and the evening belly laughs at the pizza party. However, Lake Tahoe has my heart. My souls feels at peace near the water. Its beauty from seeing it from the plane in the sky to viewing on ground though... just wow! My favorite was yoga by the water one morning, the calmness, the sun shining on us, and being in tune with me. Ahhh!! Such great memories!"
"I have been on 7 Well Weekends and they all offered something unique. A Wellness Weekend is a place you can speak and not be judged. Vacations are great, retreating with positive, strong women...life changing!"
