      Your monthly membership fee includes:

      • Weekly personal nutrition check-ins (via email) with Abby to review your nutrition logs, exercise logs, symptoms, side effects, and any questions that come up during the week for you.
      • Monthly group coaching calls to discuss relevant topics associated with GLP-1 medications and overall metabolic health.
      • Full access to the Trainer In Your Back Pocket membership, where you will have access to all strength training workouts, educational seminars, and wellness programs.
      • What's expected of you? 
        • Complete at least one 24 hour food log per week so that Abby can review and help support any areas of deficiency.
        • Complete at least 5-10 minutes of strength training on most days of the week. Workouts will be provided to you via the Trainer In Your Back Pocket membership!
        • Ask questions along the way! 
        • Be willing to make necessary dietary changes to support your long term health, such as finding more recipes with fiber and protein.
        • Continue to have communication with your prescribing physician about any health concerns and serious side effects.
      • This membership is not intended to be medical advice, but rather a healthy lifestyle program to support your health while taking GLP-1 medications, and your future weaning off of them.
